Destination happiness

Growing up I had my life's blue print in my hand or atleast I thought I did as did every Nigerian child growing up,finish school, get married and have 4 kids all before 25 then continue my career and business path.

Life was looking at me in 3d🤣🤣🤣
Not that there was anything wrong with my solid plan but was it God's plan, well fast-forward to a baby girl at 30 with 2 beautiful girls and just my BSc.
I have never been more grateful to God for life.
This doesn't cancel desire to keep growing but this settles contentment in what I have been blessed with.
Sometimes we keep doing a rinse and repeat of goals and vision we never pause to see how much has happened so far and how God has been faithful.
Take a 5 minute and just be thankful for the life you have been given.
And then take another 5 to imagine what more it can be .
Gratitude doesn't cancel desire
It breeds contentment for things that are while waiting for those to come.
